Job Summary

The Department Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of operations of the department. Cooperating with the department head and marketing department to promote the department business.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree in business, healthcare administration, nursing, allied health or related field with meaningful supervisory experience
2. At least 5 years experience in a healthcare/clinic and overseas experience is highly preferred
3. Demonstrated business acumen, outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
4. Familiar with healthcare organization process, cost control and budget making.
5. Good organization skills, take initiative and self-motivated to succeed
6. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, other languages are welcome.
